The Grate Plate

This is a French-designed ceramic plate, which is perfect for grating, Ginger, garlic, chocolate, nuts,  cheese, nutmeg, lemon, and lime zest.  Will not cut your fingers, and comes with a basting brush, to simply brush the ingredient directly to your recipe.  Wash clean under soapy water easily or in the dishwasher.
